WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design user-centered solutions for our digital products. 💡
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and sales teams to align objectives and maximize value. 🤝
• Lead discoveries to understand and prioritize our clients’ needs. 🔍
• Improve user experiences based on data and real feedback. 📈
• Work in agile sprints, testing, iterating, and learning quickly. ⚡️

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn quickly. 🌟
• Previous experience (2-5 years) in digital product design (academic, personal, or professional projects count). 👨‍💻👩‍💻
• Proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of tools like Miro, Jira, or Google Workspace is a bonus! 🛠️
• Passion for design and for solving complex problems creatively. 🎨🔧
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to share ideas effectively. 🗣️
