About the role:

We’re looking to bring an intern to our Customer Success team to help our customers successfully embark on their ESG journeys. In this role, you will establish a relationship with our customers, helping them navigate ESG challenges and leverage Dcycle’s offerings. 

What will your responsibilities be?

Your mission will be to ensure that our customers have the best experience using our ESG solution. As part of your contribution to Dcycle, you will perform the following roles and contributions:

• Collaborate with the customer success team in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs aligned with the products and services offered by Dcycle.
• Analyze and process data in the workflow between customer - software - other company products.
• Follow up on different accounts, support tickets, execution, onboarding, and other processes led by the Customer Success team.
• Assist our customers in managing their Dcycle accounts. Provide various solutions and problem-solving support to our customers with the guidance of the Customer Success team.
• Support the creation and improvement of internal processes for the department and the company.
• Contribute to the generation of training content for various stakeholders in the company on topics such as Dcycle software, LCA, environmental issues, sustainability, business, certifications, and others.
• Perform other important tasks related to Dcycle’s main activity.

What will make you succeed with us?

• Degree in Applied Sciences, Social Sciences, or Engineering related to Environmental Sciences.
• Knowledge of environmental issues (<2 years of experience).
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
• Ability to work in a highly agile, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to express complex topics simply.
• Motivation to tackle high-complexity challenges
  
• Part or Full time availability (minimum 25h/week)
