Sustainability Specialist
About the role:
We’re looking to bring on founding members of our Customer Success team to help our customers successfully embark on their ESG journeys. Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) own the relationship with our customers, helping them navigate ESG challenges and leverage Dcycle’s offerings. CSMs dive deep with customers to understand their business and provide tailored support.
Your main responsabilities
- End-to-End Customer Experience: Oversee the complete experience for enterprise customers in the EMEA region.
- Product Onboarding and Usage: Assist customers in understanding and utilizing Dcycle’s product to achieve their business outcomes, including onboarding and equipping them to gather necessary ESG data.
- Voice of the Customer: Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, providing feedback to enhance customer value and retention, and demonstrating the value Dcycle delivers.
- Customer Education and Support: Become an expert in your customers’ businesses and ESG topics, educating and assisting them in achieving milestones along their ESG journey.
Requirements for this position
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a relevant CSM, consultant, or project manager role.
- ESG Expertise: Proven success in working with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics.
- Relationship Building: Successful track record in building relationships with enterprise customers (2,000 - 10,000 employees) at an executive level.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum C1); German or other EMEA languages is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple moving parts across various customers, with a proven project management track record.
- Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about learning new things and tackling the challenges of a new space.
- Startup Readiness: Eager to join a startup and take responsibility for building a function from the ground up.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% or more.

- Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start between 8:00 - 9:30 and end between 17:00 - 18:30), with early finish at 15:00 on Fridays.
- Work model: Hybrid with 2 days of remote work per week.
- 22 vacation days + "bad day" off (take a day off without using vacation days if you need it) + up to 7 days for team-building.
